Conclusion
The Softride DX is heavy, but you don’t have to move it very much. Some people leave them on their vehicle all the time. Again, the fold down feature is extremely important to people doing a lot of traveling. I would recommend Softride use stainless steel bolts and nuts on the racks to prevent rust. I believe this would make an awesome rack even better. I recommend the Softride DX rack to anyone because of the quality of workmanship and I believe this rack will last for years.
