As I took the mini pump out of the package I noticed that it looked like a quality made product. There was no clear instructions in English on the card stock that it is mounted on from the factory. This could be somewhat of a problem for someone new to cycling but we had no problem at all seeing how to use it and mount it on our bike. Thw Xalpin is made of quality precision aluminum, rubber, and plastic. The vavle head is encapsulated to prevent dirt from ever becoming a problem. The valve system is reversible and allows you to use it on any vavle system with just a quick adjustment. You just unscrew the valve cover and remove and reverse the inside plastic air pressure device. This plastic piece was a little troublesome to get out with just your fingers but can easily be removed with a knife or small screwdriver. The cross-grip pumping handle works in any position and is very easy to pump and really feels good in the palm of your hand. Let's mount the mini pump to one of our bikes and see how that goes.
