Installation
The installation is pretty much straight forward and we decided to install the handlebar mount first. It has several adjustments so that it will fit any application. I really like the way it mounts near the center of the handlebar. Next I decided to program the watch and it was very straight forward and easy to do. First you input your age and weight set your target exercise zone. Then you set the clock and any alarms and you are ready to go.
