In-depth Look

I decided to try the Shock X suspension pump on my Fox shock that came factory installed on my Enduro. I first let out all the air from the shock and screwed the shock hose onto the shock valve. The fitting on the stainless steel hose was very easy to screw onto the schrader valve. I hit the handle of the pump about 6 times and had the psi up to 180. I hit it another 6 times and had it at 225 psi where I usually inflate too. I decided to see if I could inflate the shock all the way up to 300 psi so I hit the handle seveal more times. It was getting harder as the psi increased but not to bad. I managed to get to 300 psi in just a few more strokes. We reviewed a Nashbar pump several months back and I can say there is no comparison between the two pumps. The Ravx Shock X wins hands down. It was much easier to get the psi up to where you need it and the quality of workmanship is much higher in the Shock X. The Shock X may cost about $10.00 more but it is well worth it.
