Basically, the Blizzard cycling jacket by Louis Garneau is a quality made product that will keep you warm on most cold and rainy days. It is constructed very well and most stitching is double. I would recommend the manufacturer putting side pockets and a small zippered pocket on one arm for those of us who likes a lot of pockets.
