Syncros Crush Zone Saddle Review

In-depth Look

The “Crush Zone” bike saddle is one of the newest freeride saddles that Syncros has came out with this year. The top covering is “Nubuck” a synthetic material with a lot of strength and durability and the side covering is vinyl that was chosen because it is slippery against baggy shorts or moto style pants to make it easy for spinning. Syncros calls this feature “Side Glides”. The patented elliptical rails are 8mm high X 7mm wide which provides extra vertical strength and also fits standard seatposts. I noticed that the top material is glued and stapled underneath which I really like. Syncros has informed me that the rear of the saddle has dense foam around it to help prevent bodily injuries in case of a crash.
