The Shock Absorber was very comfortable when I first put it on but was also a little itchy. I did wash it before I wore it so I don't really know why it was itchy. I rode a hard mountain bike trail for three hours and it was less bounce than the sports bra I have been wearing. It did seem to retain moisture more than the other bras I have reviewed in the past. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
